Please note that official working days on filyas.com from Monday to Friday, weekends and holidays for all employees of filyas.com and shipping companies.


Our number one mission is to provide you with the best online shopping experience, so we've made it easy for you to facilitate your shipping as your convenience is our priority.

 

filyas.com mainly delivers your orders using a third party (at this time). the shipment of your order will always be on time.


You can sign up to receive your orders for selected products on a regular basis (daily, weekly or monthly).


Taking into account the opening hours of filyas.com. Some goods may take longer to process, with delivery taking several days, depending on the nature of the item.


In case of urgent orders, please contact our customer service and we will do our best to help you.


We will ask for your signature on a copy of the invoice to confirm receipt of the merchandise. We will deliver the order to the registered address and we consider the signature of anyone at the address as an acknowledgment of receipt of the order.


If there is no one at the registered address to receive your order, you will be notified of the place and time to collect your order. Filyas.com is not responsible for any order exceeding 10 days from the first delivery attempt.


 

DELIVERY SCHEDULE


We process and ship all of our orders 5 days a week, except weekends and holidays.


 Orders placed after 5 p.m. will be processed the next working day.

 


Important delivery information:


A signature is required upon receipt of the shipment.


We insure all packages in transit from filyas.com to the delivery address against theft and accidental damage. Once the package is signed, it is no longer insured by filyas.com.


The estimated delivery times are to be used only as an indication and resignation from the date of shipment. Filyas.com is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.


Filyas.com reserves the right to add additional charges to shipping delivery if your location is in a remote area.


If you wish to cancel or refund your order, go to our "Contact us" page and follow the steps to submit a request.


Please note that if your order has already been shipped and you want to cancel it, you will need to receive it first and then go through the returns process.
